The events team at Gatherings on High welcomes couples into this captivating venue, where wedding celebrations and rehearsal dinners become magical memories. A number of venue accommodations are built into the wedding package offered by the venue.
All event packages span a 6-hour or 15-hour rental block based on up to 200 guests. For weddings, you will have exclusive use of the entire property during your event, and an onsite manager will be present to assist during your event. You also receive a one-hour rehearsal and a two-hour bridal or engagement portrait session at the venue. For rehearsal dinners or smaller events, you will have use of the portion of the facility rented.
Gatherings on High does not offer venue catering and menus. The events coordinators have compiled a list of preferred vendors; however, venue rules do not require you to hire from this list*. If you choose a vendor not on the preferred list, your vendor will need to receive approval from the venue. Your caterer can have a two-hour meeting at the venue prior to your event.
Outdoor amplified music is allowed, but music must end by 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and by 10 p.m. on all other nights. Gatherings on High also requires that you keep the decibel level at 80 or lower.
The venue provides two restrooms for events with up to 100 guests. Larger events may require the rental of additional facilities. Onsite parking is not available, but street parking is available nearby.
*If you opt to serve alcohol, you must hire certified bartenders from the list of approved vendors. Serving of alcoholic beverages also requires that you have one security guard on duty for every 100 guests. All catering vendors must be Health Certified with the State of Texas. We do not allow DIY for food or alcohol service.
